My redemption code is showing invalid. What should I do?
Your redemption code is only valid on our Referral Program ordering page. To order your Model S for Kids, please clear your shopping cart and go to: https://tesla.radioflyer.com/redeem.html. Once you select your car color, include your Tesla issued referral code in the 'TESLA REFERRAL CODE' box at check-out. Upon completion, you will receive a success screen with an order number, followed by an email with your order confirmation.
This is a specific link, setup to accept referral redemption code. Your code cannot be applied on the main page on our website. Note that your redemption code is valid towards a car in the color of your choosing with black rims, the standard battery and the exclusive brushed aluminum Founder license plate and cannot be customized.

How can I customize the license plate on my Model S for Kids?
At this time, the license plate text cannot be personalized. Your redemption code is valid towards a car with black rims, the standard battery and the exclusive brushed aluminum Founder license plate. This plate is a premium add-on, not sold to the public, and will read Founder.

How can I add more accessories to my Model S for Kids order?

When will I receive my Model S for Kids?
North America and Europe: All Tesla Referral orders ship from our fulfillment center within ten business days. Upon shipment, you will receive the tracking number via email to monitor delivery.
Asia: Please reference your original order confirmation for an approximate ship date. The ship date will vary based on order date and color selection, and match the communication listed on the ordering page at the time your order was placed.
Your email address will not be used for any mass mailings, or sold or distributed to any other company.
